About Polycube

The PolyCube Company, LLC came to life in 2014. A vision of Jeffrey Bey’s to be back in the business of blow molding virgin industrial packaging. The Bey family have been pioneers in this industry since the early 70’s with their previous company Russell Stanley Corporation, where Jeff cut his teeth. In 2017 Jeff sold his renowned recycling and manufacturing business in South Plainfield, NJ to focus on PolyCube, a business that provides industry-leading customer service, unparalleled lead times, and state-of-the-art blow-molding technology. After building and leading a successful recycling and blow molding manufacturing business — Recycle Inc. — for 30 years, he has since recruited an industry-experienced sales, production, and management team to expand the PolyCube Company.

In this highly competitive market, Distributors and Direct Fillers must focus their full attention on their business. Our job is to support them, hassle-free, by providing them with a quality product both on time and at a fair price. We take pride in providing the best-in-class customer service and innovative blow molding technology which sets us apart from our competitors. Our mission is to be the Better Way — and the PolyCube Company is a Better Way.

He started his plastics career with SST Industries in Loveland, OH as a sales representative. SST manufactured 2.5 to 7-gallon cubes as well as 15, 30, and 55-gallon plastic drums. Within 6 months, Bob took over as National Distributor Sales Manager and handled their nationwide network of packaging distributors. He held that position for 5 years until SST was acquired by Bway Corporation, (now Mauser Packaging Solutions.)

Bob spent the next 10 years at Letica Corporation based in Rochester, MI as Director of Distribution. Letica is the second largest manufacturer of open-head-plastic pails in the U.S. Bob worked with packaging distributors like Berlin, Bway, Pipeline, and many others in the U.S. and Canada. He has also worked in the plastic bottle industry with companies such as Consolidated Container, Graham Packaging, and Pretium in virtually all manufacturing platforms such as blow mold, injection, stretch, preforms, and many others.

After a 35+ year career, Bob retired in July 2017. Not long after retirement, Bob was contacted by an old SST colleague who is now with Polycube. He asked Bob if he would be interested in helping Polycube build its distribution business and expand its footprint nationally. After seeing the quality and innovation of their product line, the integrity of the company, and the extraordinary customer service, Bob decided it was time to get “back in the game” and joined the company in October 2018. Bob is now contributing his vast knowledge in the industry and hundreds of distributor contacts/friends throughout the U.S. and Canada to grow the business.

When not working, Bob loves to travel during the fall and winter months. Summer is spent with family and friends on his houseboat on Lake Cumberland in south central KY. He enjoys spending time with his 3 adult children, 6 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

Along the way, they created a recycling and manufacturing facility in DeQuincy, Louisiana which Jeff operated for about 7 years before selling it to AllPoly Container, a division of the National Container Group.
